2000 POOL-SPA decides to concentrate on production of acrylic sanitation and give up production of pools. Preparation to extend works starts.
1999 Change of the ownership; Spanish Group ROCA SANITARIO S.A, one of the biggest European producers of sanitation, member of CORPORACION EMPRESARIAL ROCA HOLDING, overtakes 100% shares of POOL-SPA.
1998 Production of massage & steam cabins and massage panels starts.
1997 A chain of authorised dealers is established. As a result - showrooms in Warsaw and Wrocław are closed down. Export to Hungary, Ukraine and Germany starts.
1996 Production of SPA baths starts.
1995 The firm moves to the new place in Gryfice.
1994 A 'POOL-SPA' showroom is opened in Wrocław.
1993 First export to Scandinavia.
1992 Production of pools starts.
1991 The company moves from Trzebiatów to Gryfice and establishes first commercial contacts on the Polish market. A 'POOL-SPA' showroom is opened at 'The Permanent Exhibition of Architecture' in Warsaw.
